Your A-to-Z Guide For Attending A Richmond Renegades Game! Accessible Seating -For our guests with special needs, a Guest Services Representative will be available at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats; get refreshments for them or whatever else they may require. Please contact one of these team members should you require their services. There are accessible parking spaces on-site. Wheelchair/Mobility Impaired locations/spaces for the guests with disabilities are available. Disabled seating is available for all events at the Richmond Coliseum. Tickets can be purchased at our Renegades office, via - www.ticketmaster.com - or at the Coliseum box office, specifically requesting disabled seating. Fan Mail -Letters to all Richmond Renegades players should be addressed to the individual player and mailed to: Richmond Renegades, 601 E. Leigh Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219 Firearms/Weapons -No persons are permitted to bring weapons of any kind into the arena with the exception of local, state, and federal enforcement officials. Concealed weapons permits are not valid in the Richmond Coliseum during Richmond Renegades games. First Aid -Trained medical professionals are on staff for every event at the Richmond Coliseum and are available to patrons and employees needing assistance. Game photos should be posted within 24 hours of each game. Game Worn Jerseys -During the Richmond Renegades season there will be several game worn jersey auctions. Intoxicated Patrons -Hockey is a fun sport and meant to be enjoyed by all of our fans. We ask that you drink responsibly. The Richmond Renegades and the Coliseum want to advise you that any patron who arrives for a game in an intoxicated manner will be refused admission and no refund will be offered. Any patron who becomes intoxicated during a game will be escorted from the facility without a refund. Patron Appearance -Richmond Renegades fans are asked to dress in a proper fashion at all times, including shirt and shoes. Failure to do so may be cause for refusal of admittance to the game and no refund will be given. Practice Facility -Richmond Renegades practices are held at the Richmond Coliseum, SkateNation in the city's west end or at the IceZone on the south side. If you plan on attending a practice, please check the website because due to the changing nature of the team's schedule, practice times often change with little notice. Projectiles- In order to protect the players, the SPHL prohibits the throwing of items onto the ice surface. Incidents may result in the Renegades being assessed a two-minute penalty and offenders will be escorted from the building and are subject to possible arrest. This policy does not apply to fans who throw their hats on the ice following the scoring of a hat trick by a Renegades player. This means that individuals who enter the facility for an event with an admission ticket and then leave the arena are not allowed re-entry. Refunds and Exchanges -The Richmond Renegades will gladly exchange unused Renegades game tickets for specific redemption nights. No other refunds or exchanges can be made. Searches- For the safety and comfort of our guests, the Richmond Coliseum and the Richmond Renegades reserve the right to search the belongings of any guests prior to entering the Richmond Coliseum or while on Richmond Coliseum premises. A search may consist of the following: the guest being asked to open any coat, bag or container and also be physically patted down or screened with a metal detector. If contraband is detected, the guest will be asked to dispose of such item(s) prior to entering the building. Guest may be detained if the item(s) discovered is of an illegal nature. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but will be inspected at all entrances. Guests with prohibited items will be turned away at entrances. No storage or "check in" area will be provided for such items. Items confiscated at entry will not be returned. Selling Tickets / Scalping -Under applicable Virginia state law and City of Richmond regulations, it is unlawful for any person other than a ticket broker to resell or offer for resale any ticket for any price within 2,700 feet of Richmond Coliseum. Persons found to be involved in such transactions will be removed from the premises, subject to prosecution, and/or lose the right to purchase tickets for any Richmond Renegades event in the future. In addition, unless approved by the Richmond Renegades General Manager in advance and in writing, tickets may not be used for advertising or promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes. Smoking Policy -The Richmond Coliseum is a smoke-free facility. However, smoking is allowed outside during events at designated smoking areas: currently 5th Street and the Leigh Street Plaza area.
