Your A-to-Z Guide For Attending A Richmond Renegades Game!

Accessible Seating -For our guests with special needs, a Guest Services Representative will be available at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats; get refreshments for them or whatever else they may require. Please contact one of these team members should you require their services. There are accessible parking spaces on-site. Wheelchair/Mobility Impaired locations/spaces for the guests with disabilities are available. Disabled seating is available for all events at the Richmond Coliseum. Tickets can be purchased at our Renegades office, via - www.ticketmaster.com - or at the Coliseum box office, specifically requesting disabled seating.

Animals -Animals are not permitted in the Richmond Coliseum. Exceptions include guide, sign or signal dogs to aide patrons with disabilities. There is also an exception for pirates' birds (with clipped wings only please).

Announcements -The Renegades will be pleased to announce birthdays of anyone celebrating with a party at a Renegades game. To arrange for your birthday party or one for your child, call 644-PUCK. For any other special announcements contact the Renegades office.

ATM's -For your convenience, an ATM is available at the 6th Street Entrance to the Coliseum.

Autographs -The Renegade players will sign autographs when possible after each game at the Meet & Greet in the lounge located behind Section 17L and after practice if time permits.

Banners & Signs -Banners are subject to the discretion of Renegades policy. Signs must be made of lightweight materials only and will not be permitted if mounted or supported in any way by a framework or pole. The Richmond Renegades reserve the right to remove any sign at any time.

Birthday Announcements -The Renegades will be pleased to announce birthdays of anyone celebrating with a party at a Renegades game. To arrange for your birthday party or one for your child, call 644-PUCK.

Box Office -Located off of 7th Street. Fifteen minute parking is available for patrons purchasing tickets. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 11am-2pm (Excluding holidays) Saturday & Sunday (Event days or major on-sale days ONLY) Usually open at 10am. Subject to change without notice. Please call 804-780-4970, ext. 131 for more information. On game days the Box Office will remain open until the completion of the second period. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Money Orders are accepted.

Cameras and Recording Devices -Cameras with professional lenses and flash attachments are prohibited from the Richmond Coliseum. Video Cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted within the arena. Please call the Renegades office at 644-PUCK should you have any questions.

Cancellations -If a Renegades hockey game at the Coliseum has been cancelled you will be notified of the rescheduled date. If you are unable to make that date you can use your ticket for any future Renegades game or take the ticket(s) to the place of purchase for a full refund. Tickets charged with a credit card by phone or internet will automatically be credited to the purchaser's account.

Carry-In Items -For the safety of our players and guests, the following items cannot be brought into Richmond Coliseum, including but not limited to: Video cameras, tape recording equipment, flash photography, alcoholic beverages, bottles and cans, luggage, backpacks or any large bags, coolers, outside food or beverage, outside merchandise, frisbees, beach balls, laser pointers, fireworks, illegal drugs and alcohol, weapons and dangerous devices of any type, air horns, noise canisters, silly string or confetti. All bags and purses brought into the Richmond Coliseum are subject to search.

Charitable Ticket Donations -Each year the Renegades select a specific charity to support for that season. Interested organizations must provide a letter on official letterhead for consideration. Once the letter is received, it will be reviewed by the Renegades front office. All requests for consideration must be mailed to: Director of Community Relations, Richmond Renegades, 601 E. Leigh Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Not all requests can be filled, but group discounts are available in certain cases.

Children Tickets -All children who have reached 24 months of age and over require a ticket for admission to Richmond Renegades games. Children who have not yet reached their 2nd birthday may enter without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of an adult patron.

Concessions -Patrons may not bring food or drink into the arena. Concession stands are located throughout the building featuring popular food and drink items. For information on catered events during a hockey game contact the Renegades office at 644-PUCK.

Coupons -Unless otherwise stated, all coupons, ticket vouchers or complimentary passes must be redeemed at the Richmond Coliseum Box Office.

Credit Cards -Richmond Coliseum, the Richmond Renegades office, and merchandise stand honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Disabled seating -Disabled seating is available at the Richmond Coliseum for all Renegades games. When inquiring about tickets, please mention that you are in need of disabled seating so that we may assist with special arrangements. Please call 804-780-4970 for more information.

Disorderly Conduct -Patrons who fail to abide by Richmond Coliseum and Richmond Renegades policies as well as state and federal law, are subject to ejection from the facility. Any patron who is violating any policy will be asked to correct their behavior and, if they fail to do so in a timely fashion, will be subject to ejection from the facility without a refund and possible arrest. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate the Richmond Coliseum property or be they may be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.

Doors open -Richmond Coliseum doors open 60 minutes before the start of the Renegades game allowing fans to get to their seats and enjoy the pre-game skate. Please consult the schedule for game times. Renegades season ticket holders will have a special entrance open only to season ticket holders, which will permit them quicker entrance into the Coliseum and a place to pick up that nights' giveaway and game insert. Check with the Renegades office for the specific location of the season ticket holder entrance.

Fan Conduct -The Richmond Renegades are committed to exceeding the expectations of every guest by delivering the best sports and entertainment experience with quality guest service and exceptional value at a world-class venue. With your assistance and compliance (and as a means of creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests), the Richmond Renegades are committed to providing an environment free from the following: 

- Abusive or foul language and obscene gestures directed toward other guests, arena employees, players, coaches and officials.
-Clothing containing offensive language or indecent graphics.
-Intoxicated or drug impaired guests.
-Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, obscure advertising or impede the operations of the Richmond Coliseum staff, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in nature. The Richmond Coliseum, upon consulting with the Renegades, reserves the right to remove any banner at any time.
-Smoking, except in designated areas (located on the outside of the arena).
-Except for hats thrown in celebration of a player scoring hat rick, no objects are ever to be thrown at the players or on the ice surface.
-Prohibited entry items such as containers, food & beverage, airhorns, weapons and laser pointers.
-Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials.
-Guests who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.

Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact a member of the Richmond Coliseum Guest Service Staff or a member of the Renegades staff immediately. Guests not abiding by this Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection from the Richmond Coliseum and, in some cases, subject to criminal prosecution.

Firearms/Weapons -No persons are permitted to bring weapons of any kind into the arena with the exception of local, state, and federal enforcement officials. Concealed weapons permits are not valid in the Richmond Coliseum during Richmond Renegades games.

First Aid -Trained medical professionals are on staff for every event at the Richmond Coliseum and are available to patrons and employees needing assistance. Ask any Coliseum employee if you need assistance.

Game and Event Pictures -Game and event pictures will be available for online viewing by visiting - www. rrenegades.com -. Game photos should be posted within 24 hours of each game.

Game Worn Jerseys -During the Richmond Renegades season there will be several game worn jersey auctions. The dates of other auctions can be obtained by going to the Richmond Renegades website at - www. rrenegades.com -.

Intoxicated Patrons -Hockey is a fun sport and meant to be enjoyed by all of our fans. We ask that you drink responsibly. The Richmond Renegades and the Coliseum want to advise you that any patron who arrives for a game in an intoxicated manner will be refused admission and no refund will be offered. Any patron who becomes intoxicated during a game will be escorted from the facility without a refund.

Lost and Found -During a Renegades game, lost items that have been found will be held at the Richmond Coliseum's Concierge Desk at Lower Leigh Street just across from the Renegades office. Lost or Stolen Tickets -Richmond Renegades season ticket holders who lose their tickets are asked to immediately contact the Richmond Renegades office at 644-PUCK.

Patron Appearance -Richmond Renegades fans are asked to dress in a proper fashion at all times, including shirt and shoes. Failure to do so may be cause for refusal of admittance to the game and no refund will be given.

Practice Facility -Richmond Renegades practices are held at the Richmond Coliseum, SkateNation in the city's west end or at the IceZone on the south side. If you plan on attending a practice, please check the website because due to the changing nature of the team's schedule, practice times often change with little notice.

Projectiles- In order to protect the players, the SPHL prohibits the throwing of items onto the ice surface. Incidents may result in the Renegades being assessed a two-minute penalty and offenders will be escorted from the building and are subject to possible arrest. This policy does not apply to fans who throw their hats on the ice following the scoring of a hat trick by a Renegades player.

Re-entry Policy -The Richmond Coliseum has a no re-entry policy. This means that individuals who enter the facility for an event with an admission ticket and then leave the arena are not allowed re-entry.

Refunds and Exchanges -The Richmond Renegades will gladly exchange unused Renegades game tickets for specific redemption nights. No other refunds or exchanges can be made. 

Searches- For the safety and comfort of our guests, the Richmond Coliseum and the Richmond Renegades reserve the right to search the belongings of any guests prior to entering the Richmond Coliseum or while on Richmond Coliseum premises. A search may consist of the following: the guest being asked to open any coat, bag or container and also be physically patted down or screened with a metal detector. If contraband is detected, the guest will be asked to dispose of such item(s) prior to entering the building. Guest may be detained if the item(s) discovered is of an illegal nature. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but will be inspected at all entrances. Guests with prohibited items will be turned away at entrances. No storage or "check in" area will be provided for such items. Items confiscated at entry will not be returned.

Selling Tickets / Scalping -Under applicable Virginia state law and City of Richmond regulations, it is unlawful for any person other than a ticket broker to resell or offer for resale any ticket for any price within 2,700 feet of Richmond Coliseum. Persons found to be involved in such transactions will be removed from the premises, subject to prosecution, and/or lose the right to purchase tickets for any Richmond Renegades event in the future. In addition, unless approved by the Richmond Renegades General Manager in advance and in writing, tickets may not be used for advertising or promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes.

Smoking Policy -The Richmond Coliseum is a smoke-free facility. However, smoking is allowed outside during events at designated smoking areas: currently 5th Street and the Leigh Street Plaza area.
